How to Choose the Right Box Size
Aim for a deliberate fit, with enough room for protection.
Measure all contents
Include accessories, wraps and inserts. For a range, compare the largest and smallest packed assortment.
Allow for the structure
Internal and external dimensions differ. Ask the structural team to account for board thickness and fit rather than adding an arbitrary allowance.
Validate with a sample
Pack, close, move and unpack the sample. Confirm that removal is comfortable and that the contents stay in position.
